Refund Policy

ACHTUNG UMSCHREIBEN

 

Our policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are subject to previous approval, so please if you are interested in any, write us an email at: hello@sartoriaciclistica.cc

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags on.
It must also be in the original packaging.

 

EU customers.

DHL PARCEL PICK UP:

If you wish to return or change an item, we can manage to send a DHL's courier to pick up the parcel at your place without any additional fee.
To do so, please contact us via e-mail at info@sartoriaciclistica.cc specifying:

- your order number
- if you wish to make a change or get a refund
- what item(s) you'd love to change or refund
- If you wish to have a change (size up or size down) please specify the correct size you would love to receive
- the address the courier will come to pick up the return parcel

Once we receive your e-mail we'll manage to send DHL's courier at your address to pick up the parcel.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail from DHL's courier with the date and estimated time of pick up.
Please consider the courier will come at the same address you provided at check-out. If you wish to have the pick up at a different address, specify it in the e-mail you will send us.

You will be then asked to put the item(s) back into the original box, unused and with all the tags attached, and follow the istructions you will receive via e-mail.

In the event that your return request is due to an exchange and not a full refund, you will be required to contribute € 15.00 towards the shipping cost of the new parcel.
If the size you are looking for is no longer available we can manage a change with a different product with equal or higher value, or a voucher you can spend online or in store within a year, starting from the day of the original purchase.

Once we'll receive your parcel we'll send you a confirmation e-mail.


DIFFERENT COURIER OF YOUR CHOICE:

If you wish to send back the item(s) with a different courier or postal office of your choice, the return shipping cost will be on you.
We warmly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance, otherwise we won't be able to guarantee we will receive your returned parcel.

Prior to shipping please contact us via e-mail at info@sartoriaciclistica.ccspecifying:

- your order number
- if you wish to make a change or get a refund
- what item(s) you'd love to change or refund
- If you wish to have a change (size up or size down) please specify the correct size you would love to receive
- the courier you will be using

Then proceed to put the item(s) back in the original box, unused and with all the tags on, and deliver it to:

We are not currently able to pay for your change or refund shipment.
If you wish to send an item back to us for a change or refund, please go to you nearest post office or pick a courier of your choice and send it back to us, using the same package you received it in, unused and with all tags on, at:

In case your return is due to your refusal to pay for any additional custom duties, we won't be able to pay for your refund shipment. You'll be required to pay for shipping costs, the costs relating to the management of customs procedures and the return costs.
These costs will be withheld and deducted from the refund of the total order amount.
The above also applies if the shipping costs are indicated as "free shipping", as the promotion is applied to a successful purchase only.

Non-returnable items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software products.
- Some health and personal care items.
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 8 days after delivery.


Refunds
(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items with sale above 20% off can be refunded or changed, but we won't be able to pay for the return shipping.
Please go to your nearest post office and send the item(s), unused, with all the tags on and in the original box at:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Kann ich alle Bikes online bestellen?

Ja. Alle Modelle können bequem online bestellt werden – komplett vormontiert, geprüft und sicher verpackt.

Wohin liefert Ape Zero?

Wir liefern in ganz Österreich, Deutschland und in einige ausgewählte europäische Länder.

Wie werden die Bikes ausgeliefert?

Unsere Mechaniker montieren jedes Fahrrad vollständig, führen eine Qualitätskontrolle durch und verpacken es transportsicher. Zuhause sind nur minimale Handgriffe notwendig.

Wie lange dauert der Versand?

Wir möchten, dass du deine Bestellung so schnell wie möglich in den Händen hältst. Unsere Pakete werden mit der österreichischen Post verschickt und sind in der Regel innerhalb von 1–3 Werktagen bei dir. Fahrräder und E-Bikes liefern wir per Spedition, um sicherzustellen, dass sie dich sicher erreichen.

Gibt es eine spezielle Lieferung in Wien?

Ja! Innerhalb Wiens bieten wir eine persönliche Zustellung für €35,-an. Dein Fahrrad wird dabei komplett fahrbereit geliefert und nach deinem Wunschtermin direkt an dich übergeben. So kannst du sofort losradeln.

Kann ich meine Bestellung auch im Store abholen?

Natürlich. Wenn der Artikel bei uns lagernd ist, kannst du ihn nach deiner Online-Bestellung gerne im Ape Zero Store 1090 Wien abholen. Wähle im Checkout einfach „Abholung“ aus oder kontaktiere uns direkt, damit wir alles für dich vorbereiten.
