Yes, of course, simply enter your code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
My payment failed – what can I do?
This can happen! Please first check your card details, limit, or 3D Secure authorization. If it still doesn't work, simply try a different payment method or contact us directly at office@ape-zero.com . We're happy to help.
Will I receive an invoice with VAT shown separately?
Yes, of course. After shipment, you will automatically receive your invoice by email – including VAT.
When will my payment be debited?
Don't worry, your payment will only be processed after you complete your order. Depending on the payment method, this will happen immediately (e.g., credit card, PayPal) or a little later if you choose Klarna invoice or installment payment.
