Is there a special delivery in Vienna?
Yes! We offer personal delivery within Vienna for €35 . Your bike will be delivered fully ready to ride and handed over to you at your preferred time. So you can start cycling right away.
Can I also pick up my order in store?
Of course 😊 – if the item is in stock, you can pick it up at the ape zero store (1090 Vienna) after placing your online order. Simply select "Pickup" during checkout or contact us directly so we can prepare everything for you.
Where is my order?
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number . This allows you to easily track your delivery online at any time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Our mechanics fully assemble each bicycle, perform a quality check, and pack it securely for transport. Only minimal assembly is required at home.
