Do you also repair bikes that were not purchased from Ape Zero?
Yes, we service racing bikes and gravel bikes of all brands.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Recommended, but we also accept walk-ins (1090 Vienna, Servitengasse).
How long does a service take?
Typically 24–48 hours. Express service available upon request.

How often should I have my road bike or gravel bike serviced?
Typically every 1,000–2,000 km or 1–2 times per year. For intensive use, we recommend more frequent intervals.
What does a professional road bike service include?
- Visual and wear inspection of all relevant components

Yes – free within the first 1,000 km.

Are minor adjustments after a purchase really free?
Yes – minor adjustments such as gear shifting or brake adjustment are free shortly after purchase.
Which parts are covered by the warranty?
Frame, fork (depending on the manufacturer), electronic components, wheels – depending on the respective brand manufacturer.
Components, Upgrades & Tuning
Are you upgrading to Shimano Di2 or electronic groupsets?
Yes – including consultation, components, installation and software setup.
Can I have Vision, DT Swiss or carbon wheels installed at your place?
Yes – we advise you and install all common brands.
Do you offer tuning services for road bikes and gravel bikes?
Cockpit, gear ratios, wheels, tires, tubeless – everything is possible.
