Which payment methods are accepted?

When will my payment be debited?
Don't worry, your payment will only be processed after your order is complete. Depending on your payment method, this will happen immediately (e.g., credit card, PayPal) or a little later if you choose Klarna invoice or installment purchase.
My payment failed – what can I do?
This can happen! Please first check your card details, the limit, or the 3D Secure authorization. If it still doesn't work, simply try a different payment method or contact us directly: office@ape-zero.com . We'll be happy to help.
Can I use vouchers or discount codes?
Yes, of course 🎉 – simply enter your code in the "Discount Code" field at checkout. Only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, of course. After shipping, you'll automatically receive your invoice by email—including VAT.
