Return & Exchange Policy
How does the return work?
If you don't like a product or it doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please send us a short message to office@ape-zero.com beforehand so we can send you the return label or information for picking up a bike.
Who bears the return costs?
Return costs depend on the type of product:
• Accessories & Bikepacking: €4.90
• Bicycles & E-Bikes: Shipping – €49 (AT) / €89 (DE) / €129 (EU)
If you live in Vienna, we will coordinate the pickup directly with you – making it especially easy for you.
In what condition must returns be?
To ensure a hassle-free refund, the item should be unworn, in its original packaging, and complete (including accessories and tags). Please package bicycles securely for transport—ideally in the original box.
